Early Bird Registration ends on May 30, 2010 at 11:59 EST. You must register in Ann Arbor after that date at onsite rates.
Important Notices
You must be a 2010 member at the time of registration to register at member registration rates, or you may register at nonmember rates. No exceptions or refunds will be made.

Cancellation Policy
All requests for refunds due to cancellation must be submitted in writing by May 1, 2010. We regret that we can not honor any requests for cancellations after May 1, 2010. There is a $20 fee for all cancellations. Refunds are processed 3 to 4 weeks after the meeting. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
ON-LINE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION HAS ENDED. YOU MAY REGISTER FOR BOTH THE CONFERENCE AND THE PRECONFERENCE ON SITE.
